My 50th birthday celebration was a resounding success, and I owe a great deal of gratitude to Doyin, my exceptional event planner. Her coordination skills were top-notch, ensuring that every detail was meticulously organized and flawlessly executed.

Doyin exhibited remarkable patience throughout the planning process, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. Her follow-up skills were impeccable, as she consistently checked in with me to ensure we were on track. She set up several Zoom calls to go over the event details in depth, which greatly helped in lifting the burden off my chest.

One of the most challenging aspects of the planning was managing a situation around the hall and the hall manager, which was causing me significant anxiety. Doyin handled this professionally and adeptly, resolving the issue with grace and efficiency.

Even when we encountered a hiccup that necessitated a date change, Doyin immediately jumped into action. She reached out to all the vendors, ensuring everyone was aligned and the change was smoothly implemented. Her quick thinking and proactive approach were truly commendable.

On the day of the event, Doyin brought in some highly skilled coordinators who worked seamlessly to deliver a smooth and unforgettable celebration. Her careful and thorough planning paid off, making the event enjoyable and stress-free.

I had an incredible wedding day experience, thanks to the amazing work of Doyin Fash. She and her team went above and beyond to plan my wedding and to ensure my wedding plans and vision came to fruition. I was grateful for her expertise in being realistic with me about my expectations (and budget), and making sure my wedding wish list was accomplished- it was classy, fun, lively and organized.  Doyin is highly skilled and competent at her job and it’s obvious she has been doing this for a long time. She was timely with her communication, which was important to my husband and I. Her team and I met regularly and they gave timely updates. She had various suggestions for excellent vendors and guided us though the process of putting everything together. After all the planning,  I felt confident that our wedding day would be a dream, and it was. The biggest gift was that I didn’t have to stress about anything on my wedding day, I floated through the day having fun with my husband, and our family and friends. All our vendors were top notch and came together to seamlessly create a beautiful experience. Another note is that Doyin’s calm demeanor is appreciated in potentially anxiety-provoking situations.
